  1. I get banded on the 4th of March, just 5 days away. Getting nervous and very anxious about it. I can't say I am looking forward to the procedure or recovery, but I am excited to stsart loosing weight again and maybe one day look close to how I did when I was in the military. I doubt I will be back to 5% body fat, ever, but at least a healthy no obese weight and look would be nice.,
