  2. Hi all. Good luck to everyone. My date is 5th November, only 3 days left. I am very excited but very very nervous as well. So far on the pre op diet i have lost 9 lbs which i am very happy with.
  3. Hi all, just wondering if anyone is finding the pre-op diet hard:unsure:. I have only been on it for four days now but i am only aloud to have opifast shakes, salad and vegetables, clear soup, jello. Its not that im full it that i am finding it hard to make meals interesting enough to want to eat them. Any suggestions would be great as i have nine more days on this pre-op diet then i go on 2 weeks of liquid diet after the op on the 5th November. Thanks
  4. Hi CarlyinCo We are booked in for the same day 5th November2010. I like you are a little nervous. My doctor has sent me to a nutritionist which has put me on a 2 week optifast diet which is all layed out for me with what to eat and when. They have also given me a plan on what to eat for the 2 weeks post op. I would be contacting your doctor and they will send you in the right direction to a good nutritionist who will make up a eating plan for you. Hope this helps.
