  1. He is total awesome sauce. I would recommend him to anyone of my friends or family members. He was so sweet and kind to me. And put me at ease before the surgery started. He gives you loads of information and answers any and every question you have. His staff is great too. Polite and informative too.
  2. I called my Doctor and they weren't much help. Read your manual they say. It mostly has info on the post op diet not the pre-op. Screw it. Adding fruits to my do not eat for now list.
  3. I'mma have to call my doctor tomorrow to get a clearer picture on what I can and can not have. Because I'm a little confused and I don't want to mess this up. I've gotten rid of the sweets, sodas, and fattie foods that I love. I hope I can have fruit. I like fruit.
  4. Thank you for the idea guys. I've just been trying to get a good grasp on this diet. It's kind of hard trying to figure out what to eat and what not to. I like dried fruit and canned fruit so, I'm a little confused if its alright to eat them still. Is casseroles good? I was thinking of doing some mushrooms, brocolli ground turkey, low-fat cheese, and whole wheat noodles.
  5. I was thinking about keeping some of my favorite pieces of clothes so I can go to a seamstress to get the clothes let in and give the rest of my clothes away. Will keep one pair of pants as a reminder of how far i've come and will never go back.
  6. I get banded on the 24th of this month. I just started the diet and it's hard work sticking to the diet. It's going to really hard when I go down for my great-grandma's birthday celebration(she turning 101). It will be all southren fattie cooking. Everything sauced or cooked with lots of salt and butter. It will be hell y'all.
  7. Hello, I need some suggestions and options on this pre-op high Protein diet. I'm a student on the go and need help figuring out what food items whould be good lunch or dinner options? And what woould be good for a snack? Help Please. *puppy dog eyes*
