Hello, my name is Sabrina. I'm a 25 yr old Social Work major at GSU. For the longest time I've searched and tried lots of ways to loss weight and keep it off. I usually lose a bit of weight and Platoed and get frustratedand gain the weight back. My eating habits for the most part are connected to my emotions. Bored, eat. Sad or Angry? EAT. I'm tired of it. I decided to take my life in my own hands and put things in motion so that I could be healthy and happy. I still need to figure out how to fit exercise into my schedule but I think I will manage.
