  1. I'm always starving in the morning, but usually running late. Any suggestions for band-friendly, grab-and-go breakfasts?
  2. I am a hiccup maniac! They don't normally hurt, just embarassing! My doctor told me I'm swallowing too much air when I eat, but I'm not so sure. I get the hiccups when I eat, when I drink, when I'm hungry, when I'm full, when I wake up, when I go to bed...get my picture? There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason behind them. The funny thing is, before my surgery (7/29/10) I hadn't hiccuped since I was a little kid. Who knows. I'll deal with the embarassing hiccups if this band helps me lose weight and get healthier! Good luck. Let me know if you find out any answers.
  3. Yes, this seems to be normal. I had my surgery on July 29th and the following day I started burping and hiccuping all the time. The nurse told me it would be temporary but its now September and I'm still doing it. So...not sure its so temporary. Good luck!
