  1. So I had surgery on 8/3/10 and have lost 20 lbs. over the course of the pre-surgery fasting and to date. But I'm starting to feel like maybe I'm eating more than I should. I definitely feel some restriction and eat less than I used to. And have made the mistake of getting a little sick from over eating. I'm just wondering how much should I be eating? I am scheduled for my first fill on 9/7/10 and I don't know how much to get. My weight loss has stopped over the last week and I am so afraid of failure. This was a lot to go through not to be successful. I ate two cups of food today and that was a big mistake. I feel extra full but I'm not dying. Does anyone know how much I should be taking in and how will the doctor decide how much to fill at the appt.? I have so many questions.
