  1. My baby loves to hang out around the port- it is like he snuggles his feet right by it! I am due in 2 weeks and I have been measuring big too.
  2. you are so welcome! This is my first baby and i get so nervous about band stuff. There arn't a lot of resources for pregnant bandsters out there! I was watching youtube and there is a girl who does a video on what it is like to be pregnant with the band- it was VERY helpful- her name is "swish"- check it out, it will make you feel so much better about the port!
  3. i talked to my OB about this and she said everything is fine, she said my pregnancy should have no effect on the port hole- but it does protrude and feels weird! I am 29 weeks and i feel it all the time! I plan on having my surgeon check it out right after the baby is born, but from what I read on here- it is normal. Good Luck with your pregnancy!!
  4. My first trimester I lost 12 lbs and I even had some of my fluid removed becasue i was feeling a little sick. I also got full very quickly- something changed in my 2nd trimester and it go a lot better. The first trimester was not fun but hang in there!!!
  5. I am dealing with the same thing now- can you tell me what happened with your port? How is it going with your band after the baby? Thanks!
  6. I was banded Dec 09 and I'm due April 7th! i am nervous too, I want to loose another 40 after the baby weight... How is the pregnancy going?
  7. I am 7 weeks pregnant and down 10 lbs- anyone have this? I am not trying to loose weight, I just feel sick and don't feel like eating as much. I don't want to be a bad mother! I had my band 8 months ago- down 64 lbs total.
