    Can anyone here help me with these questions? :help: 1) Taxes. How much of this surgery is tax deductible and what are the forms to be filled out. 2) Is the transportation across the border back into TJ really as big of a nightmare as I have heard? How do you get in and out? 3) Can the first fill be done in one day, i.e. fly in and out in the same day? 4) I'm located in Boise, Id. Where is the closest fill center or Dr? Any answers will be greatly appreciated! P.S. Not banded yet.
