  1. I am having the same problem aspiration pneumonia. I have been really il off and on for the last eight months. My band isn't even filled. I am scared and don't know what to do. I'm afraid to leave my band in, but also afraid to have it taken out. I also have a large stone in my gall bladder. The doctor is telling me I need it taken out. Doesn't anyone have any information or advice? Would appreciate your help. Thanks
  2. I am having trouble aspirating into my lungs at night too. I just got out of the hospital with serious pneumonia. I can't even go out in fear of getting another infection while I have this infection. I have had my band almost two years. Does anyone have a solution on what to do? Should I have my band removed? My band isn't even filled right now and I'm still having all these problems. I Don't get any sleep at night because of the acid reflux and all the coughing. Did anyone else get pneumonia? PLEASE HELP! Thanks
  3. I am having the same problem, only my acid reflux as turned into vomiting only at night too. I think the acid reflux has aspirated into my lungs causing pneumonia. I just got out of the hospital. The pnemonia doesn't want to go away. I'm not sure what to do. Did you get any help yet?
  4. I am having trouble with my band also. I have been vomiting acid for awhile now and have developed pneumonia from aspirating acid into my lungs. I just got out of the hospital and I have had several doses of antibiotics, but the pneumonia is not going away. What did you do to get better?
