  1. I am struggling and I need some help and words of encouragement. I too cannot eat bread, and had to have some Fluid removed last month. I have gained 6 pounds and am very discouraged. I know that I forget to slow down when I eat and that gets me into trouble. Please post your thoughts and what you have done to get back on track. I had my band surgery in Feb 2008. Thanks, Laura
  2. Hi. Looks like you are doing a good job. I am having a hard time with my weight and medications that I am on. At first I lost 60 pounds and now I have gained 30 of those piounds back. I am trying very hard to eat right, but can't seem to find the right combination of foods to eat. I have my surgery in Feb of 2008. Hang in there and keep up the good work. Be well, Laura
