  1. I know there is a place for introductions, but honestly I only really care about this particular area. People with the same interests, experience, and goal, Get Healthy. My name is Chris, I am 33 (male, guess I better be if I am in the mens room) and have lots of health issues. Diabetes, High BP, High Chol, low testosterone, what ever to high and to low. I decided enough was enough, and I had to be around to help my boys. I was banded on July 28 2010. So it has only been a week. Still on liquids. I love to Elk with my bow, I guess I like to hunt other things, but Elk is where its at. I fish for Salmon and Steelhead, and camp when ever I can. I have been in Law enforcement for almost 11 years now, and that is reason enough to get healthy, with all the physical and emotional stress. Hope to learn lots and eventually share lots Chris
