Thought about surgery for two years. i am tired of Exercising and yo-yo dieting with hardly any weight loss. acceped the fact i need help. obesity and heath problems run in my family. I am not happy on this optifast liquid diet. I am one week away from surgery and can't wait to get my life back in order. I had no health problems until I gained weight. I love to work out and jogging is my favorite.
