has anyone taking a herbal cleansing tea with the band?? its a green tea you drink and in the morning it flushes you out. my question is their any risk to damage the band.

have you gain weight with the depo. this is very scary i was losining at a steady rate. now i am shocked..that i am not losing.

i was banded 3/07 to date i have lost 53 pound, great. after my depo i have stop losing weight, still eat small amounts . do the 65g protein eat very low carbs. i walk 3.2 miles 3 to 4 days out of the week. the scary part is that depo helps me with the irregular outrage periods. what do i do. just had 2 depo yesturday.

i am having the same problem!!!! this is my second depo shot and my weight lost and almost completly stop. still exercising and still hardly eating. someone help what do i do...

<p>Just to let you know your doctor is wrong. i was banded on 3/17/07 and to date i have lost 51 pound with no side effects what so ever. its a change of life. i would do so research on this if i were you. and if you are self pay, he is a thought i went to Monterrey Mexico and had it done with Dr. A. Rodriguez a wonderful doctor with great staff. no complication and its the best thing i have ever done for my self. i need to lose another 40 to 50 pound. good luck let me know if you need more info.</p>

don't worry!!most doctors do an x-ray before the fill.

Hi Friends I got banded on March 17, 2007 with a wonderful Dr. Rodriguez in Monterrey Mexico. he refered me to a Dr. on the east coast for fills, my consult was $300.00 and fills were 150.00 way too much. he said i have an 7cc band, but he would only give me 1 to 1.5 cc of fill. here it is two weeks later and i feel like i have no fill. how much fill are you suppose to get????? i thinks its all about the money with him, of course he wants me to return sooner for another fill...lololo i really want to find someone no so money hungry and add more fill. i have lost a total of 36 pounds...but do not feel that restrited. i do only low carb foods and i am very strick with my life change. no junk food..i want to lose 80 more pounds. but i loved the restriction your first few weeks after surgery..i want that back.........:kiss2: does anyone know a doctor that does fills in Ft. Myers??? even if i was banded in Mexico. any suggestions.........:clap2:

:help: i have bc/bs of ill. after months and months of testing, labs etc. following there requirements to the T. they approved me on 11/17/06 or should i say pre certified. approve the hospital stay and not the biatric surgery. on 11/18/06 they said i had a exclusion in my policy. my question is when they are review your case and requesting all kinds of information. do they not also review you policy. i am doing the research now to appeal my case. at the time of the so called approval they called my doctors office and schedule my surgery on 12/04/06. and now i am left hang and depressed. after years and years of being over weight i finally, after alot of research and soul searching desided this is my only solution. any one out there with any hope...:phanvan :help: :pray:
