UGHHH.. I had surgery at 11 yesterday and was home by 4. I would have been home sooner but my mom was banded right after me. We are doing good today but yesterday was a b****. The gas pains were killer. thank god for gasx and pain meds. ive pretty much slept since i got home, untill now. im still very sore but i can definitely feel it getting better and better.. Good Luck to anyone else who got banded yesterday!

Good luck! I felt like that yesterday. It finally hit me at pre op testing this is really happening for all of us!

I'M 20 years old and getting surgery the same day as my mom. It's gunna be great to lean on each other for support.

Omg yes I hate that. Honesty can't wait to just be able to cross my legs. LOL

Omg. I love this site! I've been reading for months and I finally signed up. My date is Aug 16! YAYY 18 more days. I'm 20 years old and I'm having surgery the same day as my mom! We are both 300lbs.
