  2. Hi all, I am going through the initial process and have an appointment with the surgeon on Thursday where we will set a surgery date. The one topic I've haven't seen much of is what people eat once they've been banded and can move to solid foods. I would greatly appreciate anyone that would be willing to share what their typical diet of solid foods consists of on a day-to-day basis. Any positive or horror stories are appreciated! Thanks!
