  1. Hey Liz and Cherry, Well I am on my second day of the band, and it is way better than yesterday. I have been following the post opt instructions to a t. Walking, drinking lots of liquids and taking my antibiotic. I am sore in the stomach area as well as my neck, I have not had any nausious feelings yet, but i have never been the type to throw up of get nauseated about anything. I can easily see myself feeling even better tomorrow and so on and so on. So from me too you, Its a very tolerable pain and discomfort and well worth the aches! Joseph.
