  1. Look at ideas which others have done. Also google protein shakes that are sugar free. For everything, it has a common other product to go with it. I had my surgery this past Tuesday and I love the liquids more now compared to pre surgery.
  2. In your protein shakes that you make add a teaspoon of peanut butter which makes it alot better to handle.
  3. I lost 31 pounds in 1.5 month and was worried about the same, but today when I went for my final evaluation with the hospital staff, ever one stated that is a great thing because when I get banded next Tuesday that will help the process.
  4. Add a teaspoon of reduced peanut butter or a teaspoon of sugar free chocolate and you will enjoy it alot more. I was the same way until I added them two things. Another thing is egg drop soup or beef broth with multiple seasoning.
  5. Stay positive and pray yourself through any situayion
  6. Thank you for the information.
  7. Time to add this to the list. I wish we had a book that has all the smoothies for us going through the banding process.
  8. Just completed the last medical evaluation with the doctor, nurse, dietician, PCP, and sleep person. Cleared and all full speed ahead. This time and day next week I will be banded. 15 June my weight was 325 and as of today 294. My motto is give it all or not at all:thumbup:
  9. I'll take it easy as you recommend and let nature take it's course.
  10. Your blogging does give great in sight,I thought that I would be able to tele-work the next day after surgery but my wife said that I would not be able too because of the pain. The question is if I was in bed working, would I get anything done?
