    Did you have your insurance cover the surgery? I am going to request that. I was a size 12 and 170 pounds at 5'9" and that was after three kids, well getting remarried in 2005 and having another baby in 2006, I am at my heaviest ever.. 260, I hope I have the results I have seen here. I am excited to start and have my first appointment next week.
