I have been big boned all my life. My family is obese. As a teenager I worked out and maintained a healthy weight. I had 4 children and I barely gained little to no weight at all. As my children got older I had less time to work out and I didn't watch what I ate. I was put on high blood pressure medicine at the age of 26. I had to do something. I tried manyy diets in my life but I was not mentally ready. When I researched new procedure to help me lose weight I decided the lap band was the most healthy for me. So many people ask me why not try and lose it on my own. I have lost some weight but I know me and I will lose and then I would put more on than I lost. I started going to the weight loss clinic in Buffalo and I am happy with the doctors and the support I have. I am doing this for me. I want to be healthy and live long.
