Hi slinky you doing well girl, i had 4 fills 8mls in my band i still don't have any restriction i eat quite a lot!! i spoke to frederick but he said i shouldn't be having any more fill 4 a long time!! i haven't lost any since my last fill last month so im very depress i might be the unlucky one !!

Hi all ! i am feeling very low i had 4 fills in all 6mls in my band but i have stop losing weight!! i walked 3.5 miles a day to and from work and eat a low calorie diet.Anybody been through that?

Hi Everybody! glad to see everyone is getting on well with their weight lost!! I was banded in August 2010 and have since lost 28llb i have had 3 fills that is 7mls in my band i feel very restrictedcan hardly eat but yet theweight is not comming off!! I don't think i need another fill i eat very little but i don't know why my weight is not shifting!!! Slinky and MD we in the same boat any advise? thanks

Slinky hope you doing well i have had my third fill already ihave now 6.5 mls in my band lost 2lbs in the first week then it stops. Iam having my 4th fill in jan now!!

hope everybody is doing well. well since having had my 2nd fill with a total of 5mls 3weeks ago i have lost 1lb. I am not eatting as much and at least walking 4miles twice a week but the weight is not shifting.

Hi all, I am very upset had my second fill yesterday and frederick put 2mls in i feel no restriction at all!! i did ask him to put 2.5 but he said he can't and the next time he will put 1ml!! the 10 kg that i lost that is 20llbs was during the first week after the operation then i have not lost any for 10 weeks even after my first fill!! I really don't know is this is going to work for me!!

Hi Slinky, I am so happy for you I can see you have lost a few pounds after your second fill,I can't wait for my second fill on thursday, the thing is I tend to loss in the first week after i have the fill then it dosen't shift anymore!!!

Hi Freckles, good luck for your daughter,one might not see the change quickly but eventually having the band dose change your life! I have lost 10kg over 2 months I lost most of it the first 2 weeks of the opp and then another 3kg after my first fill, it is slow but without the band I wouldn't have been able to do it and maintain it as well!

Hi all, been really busy with work i am looking forward for the half term break next week I'm also very excited I am having my second fill. Well have had no weight lost after the first fill despite eatting small potion but have lost a total of 10kg since the surgery in August.

Hi everybody, had my 1st fill yesterday, yes it was quite painful for me but got over it! I must say i found Chris Dupres very charming i hope he will be the one doing my fills all the time!! met a few ladise there which i invited to join the forum one of them lost 10 stone over 2 years she look fab! well I don'y know if i a restricted yet with that fill but i can have only half cup of soup compare to before the fill i can't say much until i start eatting solid again. Wannabe have you lost any weight since your fill? lemma one thing i did notice after my opp is i was very confused and depress, feeling very sad!! and was very irritated by my husband (poor thing he was just taking care of me) but after 3 weeks i was back to normal and looking back at the bad experince i had made me realise that i am stronger then i thought!! well goodluck to everyone getting banded or fills!!

I am going for my first fill today in london at 2.40 is anybody else going there? i just hope it dosen't hurt can't bear anymore pain!!

Lemma the worst is over it will get better everyday, i had a different problem from you I said the same thing "what have i done"? but everyone is so supportive on this site we all motivate each other here and when everybody told me it will get better everyday they meant it!! now i don regret it at all!!
