hi all, i ahve been reading a lot about lapband and after talking to my gp she has reffered me. my bmi is 50 but i cannot wait for the nhs i wish to go private can anobody refer me to a good surgeon and what is the full cost. i wish to have it done by end of august 2010.thank you
