  1. Hi guys, I had my band June 6th (in the UK, where I live), and have had two fills. Everything is going very well. I've lost about 20 pounds. I get discomfort if I don't chew properly, so I'm working on that. Which foods do you guys find keep you full and not hungry for a long time? I'm finding I generally eat less now, but am not sure what the best solid fibrous foods are... I still get hungry quite quickly I think. Thanks! John
