  1. Does anyone know of a Doctor covered by Blue Cross Blue Shield near DeSoto, TX? I had my lapband surgery in August. The place True Results referred me to in Richardson TX is not covered by Blue Cross Blue Shield and is costing me $210 every time I go in. Don't understand why they refer people to a non provider when they know you have to get adjustments
  2. Under 170; yahhhh

  3. Anyone live near DeSoto Texas that can recommend an adjustment center covered by Blue Cross Blue Shield?

  4. Down to 185. Still trying to get a feel for what I can eat and how much.

    You need to let them know your doing this for you not anyone else. I received the same responses from my exhusband (who's still a friend) and friends. I've told them I'm tired of fighting the battle alone and if their not going to support me then I'd have to find my support elsewhere. What's most important is that you do this for the right reasons and you do it for you.

    I just had the surgery. The first thing I was told was no white breads or white rice. They probably needed to define unrestricted ;i{
