  1. has anyone used Protein pills? do they help? is there any good brand that you use? im not getting in enough of protein and i dont really eat meat, so i cant keep stuffing my face with cottage cheese and tofu and all that all day.
  2. thank you. that really helped. i'm afraid to fail, but i have to remind my self everyday that it will be ok and i have to do what i have to. the only people who know i have had this done even is my mother, my bf and his mom and dad, and my best friend . i didn't tell my family because i'm afraid they will make a huge deal about it and pressure me about losing weight rapidly, "its been 3 months and your still not thin yet? why did you go through all the trouble then?" my family is pretty stupid sometimes. so it makes it harder because i only have a few people to talk about it with and the only real supporter is my bf. thats why i really love this site (we have to be there for each other) AND your response, it made me think a little harder into my self. and thats a super good thing.
  3. i think its from the reg period. i know when i get mine i usually get a pimple or 2, im guessing that because its new for you, that is the reason you are getting more than 1 or 2.
  4. so i lost around 20 or 30 lbs and i didnt really do anything and didnt really notice i lost it untill now. Now i want to keep loosing and im afrade of everything i put in my mouth will add the lbs, over the past few days i think im driving my self crazy, on the scale every day, feeling sad if i eat something that although is still good for me that i feel like i shouldn't have eaten (even though my bf reassures me its fine) My question is, is this even slightly normal? if it is how to you keep your self from doing it? if its not normal what should i do? AND also what is the difference between this and motivation??
  5. i would love to be able to run, jump, play, rollerskate, do silly things, with out other people looking at me and making a rude comment. i have always been a big girl, and when i was younger i didnt do those things because when i did, i would be ragged on very hard. now that im older i still want to do those things with my bf go to the park and fit my butt on the swing, (i can only swing for 10-15 mins before my butt hurts like the dickens!) id like to sit on his lap with out crushing him. i want to fit into a seat better, i want to put on a tank top and not feel bad that my arms are showing. id also like to know why people look at me, if they still do it when im thinner, well at least i will know its not cause im a big girl walking down the street. sometimes i dont eat a lot because well im not hungry, and when friends and friends of friends and i go out to eat, the friends of friends look suprised that im not scarfing my face. id like that to stop. if i think of more ill post thanx for listing.
  6. i am having the same problem and i didnt lose that much yet, i have only lost maybe 27 lbs and my periods are all out of wack. i am on the pill, and it comes a week before its suposed to and then when i take the pills that are suposed to give me my period, i then have it for 7 days. so its like i have my period for 2 weeks, the first time it happend i called my gyno he told me that it was because my diet was changing and i was looseing weight quickly and that it was normal but i dont know if its suposed to happen every time i loose a few lbs. its pretty scary. (to me anyway)
