  1. Sunta, I notice from your post that you PB alot. Me too! I ry to be careful but it happens frequently. What are you doing to prevent it?
  2. I was told not to drink with my meals but to wait an hour after. So I try to drink alot of water before to help wet the way for food. Also is coffee bad for the band. My doctor says not have it. Near impossible! I have heard other people talking about their morning cup so is itijust my doctor?:eek:
  3. Hi all! I was banded in April of 06 and have lost 48 lbs since I made the decision to get banded. A few weeks ago I got a fill, which took me up to 2cc on a 4 cc band. But I am having food get stuck very often and also PBing. This is getting quite annoying! I have tried all different types of food, but it is hit or miss. Any suggestions would be helpful!:phanvan
