    it can be different with each doctor. one quoted me $350, but ended up actually finding a psych dr that worked with my insurance.

    I don't work for Cigna but do have them for insurance. They are tough, and require a lot more things than other companies from what I've heard

    Hang in there! I started this whole process in November of 09, and have just now finished all the required things and am waiting on insurance approval. I'm hoping to have mine done in the first half of September too.
