Hello, It is great that you are making great strides toward your goal. Be encouraged, you can do it. I just had the surgery on June 9th of this year and I am down approx. 40lbs myself. I refuse to eat bread, pasta, rice, and definitely any sweets. I have not had a fill yet, so my eating habits are all mental at this point. My goal is to lose 2.5 pounds a week to reach 250 lbs by June of next year. I'd rather do it with mental power than the physical restrictions a fill places on you. This will only increase vomiting. Stay focused and remember to get your vitamins in, this is very important!!!!

Well I can't be pregnant... LOL... I'm a man!! LOL,,, But my doctor said it was nothing. I figured it out though. I had eaten some hot wings (with skin)... enough said. Now I know why we can't eat foods with skin. I learned the hard way.. LOL. It can get caught in your band. This would go for fruits as well. I thought it was limited to skin of chicken and turkey because of fat content, but it is more to it than this.... No more hot wings for me.....

I have had the surgery about a month ago (July 9th 2010) and I am down about 40lbs. since. My doctor said there was no need for a fill since I was doing so well. Well..........recently, I have been extremely nauseated and it is unbearable. Although I am not vomiting, the feeling will not go away. I'm not in any pain at all. Is this normal/avoidable? Please help!!!!!
