  1. All, My Lap band is on 12/8. Today is my pre op visit and attendance at the support group class. I took the day off of work becuase it is a 90 minutes commute just to get there. I watched the Today Show this morning for the first time in a long time and see that Al Roker is a lot heavier than after his surgery. Does anyone know if he had RNY or band surgery? Also are any of you guys long term "loosers". I keep my emotions to my self and have not let on to my family that I am very scared, but also anxious. Oh well...I'll take it day by day....
  2. Hi All, Brand new ot the site. My surgery is 12/8. I a mwondering what I can do beofre going in to prepare fpr the week after coming home. Any thoughts? Thanks Don:rolleyes:
