  1. Still need some pureed baked chicken recipes =/
  2. Yes, please I am getting tired of protein drinks and mashed potatoes. Any recipes involving Baked Chicken pureed would be much appreciated!
  3. Naw, don't have myspace, too fat for that =P
  4. Hey guys, I have been putting off pureed food for a while now... I've been doing Protein drinks since june 25'th (banded no fill) until now. But I am getting worried and think I should start pureed food. The only meat I like besides hamburger is chicken. Baked Chicken is sooooooo good... My first fill is on the 27'th of July and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for meals involving pureed chicken. I bought the Magic Bullet blender thingy so I can puree pretty good I think. I have 1 hold back though... I don't eat lettace, anything green really except for squish and greenbeans/peas thats all the green I am able to eat (mental blockage on everything else =( ) And I HATE onions! I guess what i'm asking is... Can someone give me some dinner recipes for chicken and stuff? (no sea food) Pretty please? =( I'm a fool for doing pure Protein shakes this long but I was scared of the taste of anything that would be pureed... Can someone help me out with some recipes? The last two days I have been doing mashed potatoes but yeah... not good for me >.> I have no fill so my hunger is still there. I don't think I'm ready for a fill considering I havn't been following the diet plan. Just been doing Protein Drinks...... Help!:scared2:
  5. Hello, I had my surgery on June 25'th but he did not tighten it yet. That happens on July 27'th. I have been following the guide, no not really... I have been doing Protein drinks every day so far. I dont know really what to eat and I am running out of Protein Drinks and those things we're massivly expensive... 1 month of them is 600 dollars! Since I have not been tightened yet my hunger is still there kicking my ass but I have been on protein drinks for 1 month pre opt and from the 25'th of june to the 17'th of july. I have about 4 days of them left and my tightening is in 10 days. I am scared and dont know what to do/eat. I really want to skip the pureed(spelling?) part and am trying to do so... After my first tightening what will my diet consist of? Seem's I am just healing my wounds right now.
  6. Hey guys, I got bored and angry at some things so I decided to search google for lap band support forums. I found this place and wouldn't mind making some new friends. My name is Daniel Jackson and I am from Stockton, California. My insurance was garbage so I was a cash pay for the surgery ($15,000) My doctor stated that If I did not lose weight soon I would probably live a few more years. I saw this thing on BBC stating that we will live around 1000 years in like 20-30 more years from now so that kinda pushed me into the surgery. I previously had reconstructive knee surgery back in 1999 but that was not by choice. This is the first real surgery I actually opt'ed for of my free will. I had my Lap Band surgery on the 25'th of June by Dr. Antiono Corin from Modesto California. I don't know if thats his correct name spelling but meh. My weight at the time I decided I wanted to live and do the surgery was an amazing 506 pounds. I am 6 foot 3 so I carry it pretty well... Anyway, the doctor had me lose 35ish pounds before I could have the surgery which only took me 3 weeks to acomplish. I really wanted to live badly... But yeah, I was around 469 pounds when I had the surgery on the 25'th and now I am down to 449 pounds but I have not had my first tightening yet. That happens in 10 more days on the 27'th. Anyway, I guess this is me introducing myself to everyone and stuff. I didn't get this fat fast as they say, but over a long time of eating at Carl's Jr and playing MMORPG's on the computer. I do blame myself for my weight problem but I also place some of the blame on the knee surgery which put me bed ridden for over a year. I don't like being stared at by people when I'm standing in line... You know? So many things I could talk about here but this is just a simple introduction so I will cut it right here. I hope to find a few friends in these forums. And if anyone cares... I will be giving out a few contact names for the console games I play. Since the surgery I have stopped all computer games. Xbox Live - Densetsu Gokou Playstation 3 - Tsukayama Nintendo Wii - Too lazy to go find my friend number... Aim - Tokyowatcher MSN - Tokyowatcher@hotmail.com Anyway, I'm going to go play some call of duty 4 on ps3 if anyone cares to join me hit me up eh?
