  1. Thanks for the responses although I haven't had a fill for over a year and my band is close to complete fill. I will call Monday and make an appointment
  2. June 22nd will be my 2 year lapband anniversary, to date I have lost 60 pounds and feel like it was the best decision I have ever made. I know that I could lose more if I were to make better food choices. Lately I have started to notice a strange noise coming from my stomach, almost a bubbly sound yet not a burp. Also now if I lay down within an hour of eating it seems to come back up and causes severe heartburn which is also I new symptom I have been having. I have to take prilosec for relief which is something I have never had to do. Not eating anything new, nothing spicy, no carbonation. Any ideas? Anyone having same problems?? Thanks!!
  3. Hey Good Luck Junibug!!!! You're going to do great!!!

Oh I'm sore......and feeling about 10 months pregnant Ohhh the gas pains....but have found short walks, hot beverages and just some good ole R&R are helping:smile: Kinda hard to determine when I 'eat' my yummy sugar free jello or drink that fantastic chicken broth if I'm feeling full or sick......kinda strange feeling......and the post surgery dreams.............unreal!!:smile2:

  8. I'm 4 days post op and seems I still have a lot of gas pain which you may be suffering as well. I found just short walks, maybe 5 minutes helps. I'm also taking Gas X strips, sipping warm liquids, taking my Ibuprofen and found that sitting back in a recliner seems to help as well. Good luck!!!
