I started gaining weight during my child bearing years. I never lost afterwards, well very much anyway. I gradually kept getting bigger and bigger. Seems every diet I went on I would loose and then gain back MORE. It's your typical story of allot of you I am sure. Add in stress and family. Finally after loosing all my grandparents and parents to Diabetes or heart problems and my daughter being dianosised with breat cancer at the age of 24 (by God's grace she is a suvuivor for 5 yrs now) I decided i had to do this or I too would not be around for my husband, children and grandkids. I want to be there! and living every minute to the fullest!
