I am one month post op today, I went for my first adjustment they took out 1/2 cc saline she said i had a total of 4.2 and now I am a 3.7, She did it because I am having problems with some meats. I hope that this move doesn't make me hungry. Because a 4.2 I wasn't hungry at all,I have lost 13 lbs this month. What foods and how much are you eating? I would like to have some new ideas to try kinda bored with th food I eat now...Lisa:smile2:
