lol I did the same thing the other day. I took a bite of my son's pizza and spit it out. I am just on the pre op diet and I imagine it will be just as hard after surgery with my craving. I figure better to taste then to swallow. You are doing so great with your weight loss! Congrats! Tammy

Hello, I am new to the group today. I scheduled my surgery for the 30th of June. I am excited to start my journey with everyone. I have a long way to go, but at least I see the light at the end of the tunnel. I look forward to seeing how everyone does! Tammy ....a new beginning for all of us awaits
