I'm sure my story is similar to everyone else's. Used to be active, an injury caused me to be less active and I gained weight. got married and had kids, gained weight. One of my children has a disability, gained weight. Elderly sick parent being cared for, gained weight. Just trying to get myself back now that I "woke up".
