    have been banded for 5 days and feel great. I don't think I will fail this time because I really can't eat more than 1/2 cup and don't feel hungry. :clap2: I can do this !!!!!!
  2. It is now down to mere hours before surgery and my greatest fear??????? FAILURE! I am so afraid this won't work either. What can I say I feel like such a mutt I couldn't even stay on the pre op diet. Well I can't keep going this way forever so I will march ahead. I have been excersizing as hard as I can so maybe that will help. I am staying at Hope Lodge in Nashville and they just offered me spaghetti which is my favorite. Will these demons never get off my back? Oh well, like Nancy used to say....Just say no!! Time for a shower......to be cont.:nervous
