I had my original lap band surgery in 2003.  In 2005 I had a revision to a different size Vanguard Band.  I had a great experience with my weight loss, steady to my happy weight of about 145, which I maintained for about 5 years.  Recently I have had a lot of challenges with night reflux and have gained about 15 pounds.  I hadn't been in for a fill for about 2 years, so I recently did that, and have had even more issues with night reflux, so have another appt. with my surgeon this week.  I am looking to get remotivated and energized to eat a bandster type diet and exercise more.  I did join a gym 3 months ago, and did quit smoking 3 months ago, so in a very "get healthy" mode.  For the last couple years I have been able to just eat whatever I chose, in small amounts, and had no weight gain, or issues.  Things have gotten a little funky the last few months, so I hope to get back on track and feeling great again!
