Tody I went to my dietician's appointment (an hour to early) but I have lost 6.1 kg since I started the pre-op diet!!! I can also see on my clothes that I lost some cm as well, so I'm all good.:frown:

:frown: OH yeh just 10 more days to go before surgery!! I can't wait. Still on pre-op diet (yuk) can't wait to get it done. But I'm hanging in there, I know that I will be glad that I sticked to it. I have a super busy week so it will go very fast. Have a g8 day all!:sad:

Hi there. Hope everything will go well for you. My op date is 10 June and has been on liquid diet for nearly 2 weeks and mus stay on it for a nother 10 days!!! I feel the same way about the shakes now. Anyway take care and thumbs up for tomorrow!!!!
