  1. Well first let me say hello and thanks for all the great things I have read so far. My surgery is only 10 hours away and I am very excited. Lost almost 20lbs on the last two weeks of liquids (with the occasional cheat) and that has me feeling great. Got alot to lose but a huge support system around me so lets get this party started !!! My biggest fear/frustration is the next few weeks of more liquids but all in the name of a better me I say. Got 3 beautiful kids that need daddy to get healthy and help them grow and a wife who is my entire world who deserves more than I could ever give her. Figure a healthy husband is a good start. Well anyway thanks for reading all this and heres to a physical rebirth. Lets ride !!!!!!!!:Dancing_biggrin:
