Awww im sorry you are sore. It will get better in about a week. Are you having bad shoulder pain?? I am good I go in for my first fill in 1 week. I got my period and my weight is higher right now and i am mucho bloated but before the period I was at 243 which puts total weight loss at 32 lbs so far. How many incisions do you have? How long until your first fill?

That is awsome.. But I know how you feel becasue when you first get the surgery and you are shedding 1-3 lbs a day and you go from 1-3 lbs a week it is very frustrating. i am addicted to weighing myself. i know it is not healthy but it is my motivation to shy away from the bread and sweets. I will flip if my doc says no fill, I mean what did I get cutr open for idf not to have more restriction. Even 1-3 cc would be great. Try kaschi my doc recommended that brand they make cereal frozen entrees and bars. It is high in protein and has low calories and great veggies and very tasty easy to make. Yea 100 lbs in a year is awsome..

Yea i kinda fell off the planet after surgery for a little while I havent even posted any new pics but total I have lost 30 lbs and I am eating about 1 1/2 cups too, i cant wait for my retriction to kick in. I work 8-5 m-f so we could do a weekend. have you tried alcohol yet? Good job on the 34 lbs do you feel it yet??

Hey girl how are you doing?? have you had your first fill yet? Mine is August 4th. I have no restriction right now it is all on me but I am still losing about 1/2 a pound a day but when I started eating solids again I went up 7 lbs... If you have had your first fill do you have restriction? How much did he put in? Hope all is well....

How has it been since your first fill, I have litte to no restriction right now so I am just trying to eat lots of fish chicken and veggies and no sweets very little bread also but I lose about the same weight as you. Hopefully it speeds up after my first fill 8/4...

I am doing really well I have lost an additional 20 lbs since surgery and eating solids agin thank GOD.... You will do great on the liquid diet it is hard but worth it. You will heal faster after surgery if you stick to the liquid diet and it will help you adjust to the new eating plan....

hey you are so cute. It looks like we are around the same shape and size. My surgery is on 6/22 next Tuesday. Any tips would be helpful. Good luck on your progress.

Thanks it is really hard and you have to make fun of yourself to keep your spirits up. But One week from today until my surgery and I am so excited. How far into the process are you???

Yea i know my pre-op is tomorrow. How much have you lost so far and are you getting tired of liquids yet?? we do need to start a get together I am joining that group too. Hope all is well.

hey congrats on the weightloss. I cant wait for that to be me.
