  1. I stumbled upon this website when I googled lapband fills. I was banded Dec. 3rd and have had great results. I am down about 40 pounds so far with no fills. I have been feeling lately that I am able to push the envelope and eat more then my recommended amount. It is a scary thing since I have been doing so well and have come so far. I am thinking that maybe it's time for a fill. I am SCARED TO DEATH about getting one. I keep reading all kinds of icky things. Any words of encouragement??
  2. Good luck!!! You are going to love it. Look for people (us) who have already been banded for support and inspiration. It was such a huge thing for me right after surgery and showed me that things do get back to normal....somewhat... and life is good
