I am a married mother of two beautiful children, I have a bachelors degree, a masters degree, I am a US Army Veteran, an active volunteer and I have a great career within the government. However, I am extremely insecure, could you tell, I gave you all of my best in the first sentence. Thats normally my MO... I have been over weight ever since I completed my committment to the military (7 years ago) and I am on a continuous rise, I left the military weighing 145 (I was under weight and constantly told how skinny I looked and so I began to eat... eat ... eat) and I slacked off on the exercising because it was no longer forced. I am now over 270 pounds and I have been on a constant weight rollercoaster, only to gain back the weight I work so hard to loose and some. I have praticed many diets, none lasting longer then 6 months and I lost over 40 lbs at one point (using phentermine) but I stopped taking the pill because it stopped working and I gained all the weight back (and some). I am tired, I am a mother, I am a wife, I am young and my weight has caused me a great deal of sadness, loss in energy, I want to be energetic... to feel thin, beautiful (inside and out), fashionable, happy, HEALTHY and more...My husband is very supportive, he thinks I am beautiful (but that doesn't matter when you dont like your self) and I think he deserves the better part of me... my sadness has only mad him sad (I am sure of it) and I think he deserves the best out of life, HAPPINESS and a happy family to come home to. We have been together since we were teenagers and we accomplished a great deal together but he is slimmer and in good physical health (he has to be for his job) and well... I am not. Well, enough said, I am excited and enthusiastic about this new journey and I hope it works for me... NO! I KNOW ITS GOING TO WORK FOR ME!!!
