I Had my surgery on 11/06/09 my starting weight was 321.  Dr T. was my doctor.  I had my surgery in Beverly Hills (they were all great) on Friday and I went back to work on Monday.  Yes Monday!  I feel wonderful thus far and look forward to my weight loss journey.  I had been on all the fad diets.  Tried diet pills, processed food diets...you name it I did it.  Of all of the diets though I would have to say that weight watchers was the best.  I did not like going to all of the meetings and weigh ins every week.  If I did WW with someone, I would do great, but by myself it was hard.  The lapband has taught me to eat better, want to exercise more and just feel good about myself.  So far as of today 3/14/10 I am down to 255.
