  1. I was so happy to see your post!! I am scheduled for surgery on May 17th too!! I am scared and nervous too! This liquid diet is very difficult for me. The shakes are nasty, and the caffeine withdraw is insane (huge headaches, body aches, etc.)!! Honestly, I have cheated a little since starting my diet on the the 3rd. But, I keep imaging my life after surgery and I feel excited. I try to not cheat, but if I do I eat something really healthy. I just spoke with the hospital staff and there are some billing issues:confused:. But hopefully, I can work something out to still have the surgery on Monday the 17th. Think about the end result-how will you look/feel 12 months from now. Stay strong!!!!:scared2:
