  1. I got my band the 1st week of Sept too, and am down 34 lbs... and I was noticing a little saggging going on too! lol... i am off to buy some new skivvies. Thanks for the advice! :w00t:
  2. I didnt have to do that (luckily) but I did learn from my insurance provider that if they req'd it the proof would be from your doctors notes in your file. So, make sure your doctor is making notes about your weight and comments about diet, excercise, etc. So, if your doc has noted it (or will go back and make sure, it might fly.
  3. I wish I could help because you seem so down! I haven't had any negative results... ok, a few episodes of discomfort when I have eaten too fast/bad food choice. I am losing slow, but no discomfort. I am sure you have already talked to your surgeon but it may be time for a second opinion? Hang in there!
  4. I had my surgery in September and have only lost 32 lbs... I just joined the site because I was feeling like I needed advice too. My doctor thinks I am doing fine... but u know we just want to be losing faster!! 1-2 lbs per week is the goal, ya know. I notice that I am sliping on some of the rules I lived by right after surgery... like sipping Water all day but NOT drinking 30-60 min before/after meals. Also, I was not excersing at all this winter! Keep on the path!
