  1. Hey, I am a May 3rd bandster....I am feeling pretty good. The pain in my shoulder has finally gone away, I was starting to get a little concerned about it. If i can just get all this protein in I will be doing good. Not really physically hungry but mentally hungry. I have to turn away when the food commercials come on. Guess thats how I gained the weight anyway. I saw it then I wanted it, but that is in the past. I am looking forward to a new me. Congratulations to everyone...wish everyone lots of success.
  2. I was banded on 5/3/10. My belly is still swollen a little from the gas. My stomach is sore but most of my discomfort is in my shoulder and back. I have been trying to walk a little more to see if that will help. I am trying to get all my fluids down but honestly I am not that hungry and I am scared to drink to much because i dont know what my limit is and I dont want any vomiting to upset the placement of this band.
