Im in the process of getting my lapband approved, have done all my testing, and int he past I had sleep apnea and gerd, but now I do not for some stupid reason. And now I dont qualify becasue I dont have comorbids and my BMI is at 37 and have to be at 40 now to qualify. So now I am considering gaining the 16 pounds that I need to qualify and even wearing some ankle weights. I feel really guilty about this, what do you guys think?
