I was banded July 16, 2010 and I have lost a total of 15-20 lbs given the day. I have a fill of about 3.5 cc I am kinda discouraged. How much weight have you July bandsters lost. Ive been working out at least once a week I do see a little change in my body but not the change I want. Im in 3 weddings next year and I really want to lose at least 50lbs by May. Any suggestions? HELP!!!

YES YES YES it does get better. I am two weeks post op and it’s as if I never had it done. Well besides the restriction. I was regretting my decision 5 days post-op because I wasn’t feeling like myself. I had a really bad day that day..Walk Walk Walk that’s what helped me. The Doc prescribed me Vicodin and it made me nauseous so I stopped taking it and felt much better. Good Luck and you will start to feel better No Doubt! -

I was banded on the 16 and I had a little of the gas pain not much. I also am experiencing alot of burping with everything that i eat and drink. Are you guys having the same issues?

Im getting banded July 16, 2010 @ 12:00 I check into the hospital at 9:00 im full of emotions. I just want to hurry up and get the surgery over with still debating if this is the best thing for me. I guess i will find out :grouphug:.
