  1. beversman, Only 20 minutes??? Holy cow!!! That's awesome! Dr. C is great. When I went in for my nut class, I noticed he had taped up a post I'd made here about him and his staff. I'll go look for your scar pics. I've been to the grocery store and already have a few things in for puree stage. LOL Those Bob Evans mashed potatoes are gonna taste sooo good after eating the Medifast stuff for nearly two weeks. :girl_hug:
  2. Hi all! Dr. Curry will be placing my band this Friday. Four days left of the pre-op diet, WOOHOO!!! LOL :clap2: Merry Christmas!
  3. I'm on day 5 of a 14 day pre-op diet that requires 5-6 Medifast food items a day. I chose a couple oatmeals, three flavors of shakes and cream of chicken soup. Besides that I can have SF jello or popsicles. SF Fudgesicles have been a godsend! The Medifast shakes aren't so bad, the oatmeal has a funky taste to it. Blech. I just keep reminding myself that it's only two weeks. :cry
  4. Dr. C is my doc too! He and his staff are terrific!!!! On Monday I completed my psych eval and paid the program fee. Charity told me to check in later in the week to see about the filing being done for insurance approval. I couldn't wait any longer than Wednesday night and emailed Tracy. She replied 20 min. later and said she'd filed that day! OMG! Not only was I surprised to get a response after office hours, but that she'd gotten my filing in so quickly. They're the BEST here in Cincinnati! :clap2:
