  1. I've been without period for 7 years! Then WHAM! Six weeks after surgery...it's baa-aack! Not only that, but it's soo heavy and soo freaking painful! The amount of tissue is unbelievable.
  2. Hi Kristy29, I've been doing Lo Carb for years due to my diabetes. At first, it is hard, but then you get used to it. Be careful when you go completely off carbs...if you have 'just a taste' the craving for carbs comes back like a bi***! Is that part of your pre op regimen?

  4. My surgeon required my A1C to be 7.2. It was actually 8.2 before surgery but he went ahead with it anyway.
