    Hello all. I had my lap-band surgery August 22, 2006. i have lost 43 lbs. I have hit a plateau in the last couple of weeks though. While that is frustrating, I am happy to be heading in the right direction. My surgeon is Dr. Groves in Albertville, AL.

    I am from Alabama. I had my band placed on August 22nd. I have lost 43lbs. but have recently hit a plateau. I am frustrated about that but I am happy to be headed in the right direction.
