I am 34 year old and morbidly obese.  I am not really sure how I got here, but I do know on my way I tried many times to avoid it.  I dieted, exercised, many times throughout the years, but somehow it wasn't enough, I didn't follow through I didn't do something right because even though I would loose weight I seemed to gain more back each and every time.  I am hoping that this tool is the tool that will make the difference for me.
